Summary: Hotel itself was okay, the service was okay. I’d have to say the rooms were basic and the air con was too powerful - which was very disruptive.

Summary: No AC in the property! Swiss government rules apparently. Pillows not good enough for the price and rating. Room dirty in various places.

Summary: This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. This tends to be a common problem wherever I stay. Inconvenient for sure. The bed in my room had an awkward, downward slant toward the headboard. Also Inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was nice, however, they need to ensure that hot items stay hot instead of room temperature. I recommend staying here despite the problems I encountered and I will stay here again.

Summary: It was a really good experience for our family! Service was excellent! Everybody at the desk was helpful and kind! Breakfast was really good! We stayed in the recently renovated room, it was clean and nice! Highly recommend the hotel!
